Men’s Rugby (SMCRFC)

SMCRFC may be a fairly small club, but we still make sure to perform well having won Div 1 and being chosen to play in the York varsity last season. We run training sessions every week as well as having matches on the weekends and playing at least 2 floodlit games which always draws fantastic support from everyone at college.

But SMCRFC isn’t just about rugby, our socials are some of the best at Mary’s, taking place every fortnight, and we’re always keen for a pub trip and we welcome people even if you don’t play, so please get involved! It doesn’t matter if you’re a seasoned player or have never touched a rugby ball before, everyone’s welcome. Charity means a great deal for us, as we run charity events such as supporting Movember in term 1. Any questions feel free to reach out!
