Introducing Basement Jazz! Basement Jazz (or BJ for short) is Durhams best college band (fact). A Mary’s ball staple we’re also kept busy performing at balls, college days and freshers events! Fun fact a BJ performer can expect to play at an event for every college during their tenure; making it a great way to get to know the university better. Despite our name we play a range of pop hits including our signature song Proud Mary.
