- Stand for Grace at the start; sit once the JCR President finishes.
- Gowns are mandatory for gowned Formals—no gown, no entry.
- Dress code must match the theme stated in the sign-up form.
- Only drinks provided by Catering are allowed (no outside drinks).
- Wine limits:
  – Formals: Half bottle of wine per persons
  – Term Ball: One full bottle allowed.
- Bringing your own wine:
  – Only allowed if explicitly permitted in the event sign-up.
  – Must match the approved size and will incur a corkage fee.
- Remain silent during opening and closing Grace.
- Do not stand unless using the bathroom; return promptly without wandering around and talking to others.
- No phone use—phones must be off and out of sight.
- Do not pass items between tables unless instructed.
- If gowned, do not remove your gown during the event.
- For assistance, raise your hand and wait politely for help.
- Dietary requirements cannot be changed during the event and must be provided beforehand.
- Seat switching is strictly prohibited.
